Schedule - Why it is important?
I woke up at late on Monday morning just because I was watching one of my Favorite movie last night and now I am rushing to get ready for office. I didn't have my breakfast and now I've reached office, sitting at my desk and obviously starving like hell. After one hour I went to cafe and I enjoyed some Junk Food, talking to myself, What an Amazing Brunch I just had..!!
Back to my desk again and Yawing also feeling sleepy thinking about a power nap If I could get sitting at my chair going unnoticed. Waiting for the day to get over and yes it's already 2 PM and now only few hours left and I will be at my home enjoying my stuff.
Sounds Relatable??
Well 90% of the people have this schedule and they think time is not correct or there must be something wrong with my fate. Want to change this ? Let's make a rule and change the schedule by following below methods:
- Practice Meditation: A powerful tool which will not only help you to be focused but also it will make you sharp. It will increase your concentration power and you will not be the same person as you were earlier. You will see the changes from the very first day. Find a silent place, Sit idle, close your eyes and just do nothing..!! Yes you need not to do anything. At first you will see your mind is playing with you but after few days or months you will be in charge of your mind.
- Exercise/Work out/Yoga: You need to stay healthy and fit to do anything in your life. If you are walking your legs should work fine. Start physical activities if you are not doing it. Exercise will not only bring physical strength but also mental toughness. If you are finding work out boring you can perform Yoga as well. It will make your body flexible and full of energy. So Get up and bang on.
- Eat Well: Eating habits can have a great impact on your body, thoughts and Immunity. Eat what is required for the body not for the sake of tongue. Do not eat whatever you see in your plate or market but decide what your body is demanding. Once you will be able to understand what your body is demanding, you will be leading a life with full of energy.
- Rest: Don't get confused between Sleep and Rest. All your body demand is Rest not Sleep. Take some rest and once done don't over sleep by just hitting the snooze button of your alarm. Make a schedule of your sleep that you don't require any alarm to wake up. Once you create a schedule you are making practice and it will get you close to perfection.
- Reading Books: You can invest some time here and it's worth. Reading books help you to think analytically and you can have your personality development without any guidance or mentor ship. Instead of making friends outside the world or on social media make books as your friend as " Books are the best friend you will ever find".
