Schedule - Why it is important?

I woke up at late on Monday morning just because I was watching one of my Favorite movie last night and now I am rushing to get ready for office. I didn't have my breakfast and now I've reached office, sitting at my desk and obviously starving like hell. After one hour I went to cafe and I enjoyed some Junk Food, talking to myself, What an Amazing Brunch I just had..!! Back to my desk again and Yawing also feeling sleepy thinking about a power nap If I could get sitting at my chair going unnoticed. Waiting for the day to get over and yes it's already 2 PM and now only few hours left and I will be at my home enjoying my stuff. Sounds Relatable?? Well 90% of the people have this schedule and they think time is not correct or there must be something wrong with my fate. Want to change this ?
